SoulMap® Model is a learning system to advance conscious leadership. As leaders we have the ability to ignite our passions, purpose, and unique gifts to lift people and the planet. Our innate qualities of compassion, connection, and receptivity are needed to redefine what success looks like in business – a shift from me to we; from a singular profit focus to one inclusive of people, profit, and the planet; and from shareholder primacy to inclusivity, sustainability, and shared value.
At the end of the (90-minutes) session participants will be able to:
• Discuss the 3-levels and nine core principles of the SoulMap® Model
• Learn and experience the core daily practices supporting the SoulMap® Model
• Explain the characteristics of a conscious company
• Discuss and describe opportunities to build a conscious company
