The New School is excited to welcome CreatiVets as our special guest for this year’s Veterans Day Reception. CreatiVets empowers veterans to tell their stories through the transformative process of songwriting and creative expression. This year, one of our own veteran students participated in their songwriting program — translating personal experiences of service and transition into an original song. The piece will debut during our Veterans Day celebration, highlighting the power of art to heal, connect, and inspire.
