Two Evenings of Original Documentary Shorts
Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26 at 7:00pm
The Graduate Certificate in Documentary Media Studies is proud to present Truth Be Told, its fifteenth annual festival of original short films made by students in the class of 2022.
After three years of remote events, please join us in person to celebrate our students’ achievements, who completed their films amidst the ongoing pandemic. Each work is the result of a year of intensive study in documentary cinema -- production, history, theory, and aesthetics. Hosted by Lana Lin, director of the Doc Studies program at The New School.
Â
Screenings will be followed by a faculty-led Q & A with the filmmakers. Admission is free and open to the public.
