Join Peggilee Wupperman, PhD to learn about Mindfulness and Modification Therapy (MMT) to help clients break free of dysregulated behaviors—such as substance misuse, binge eating, compulsive spending, and aggression— and to build more fulfilling, meaningful lives. In this training, Dr. Wupperman will draw from her latest book on MMT, which integrates mindfulness practices with elements of motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence-based approaches (see below for full schedule).
Note: New School students may attend for free, email: MHSAC@newschool.edu to register.
CE credits will be available for MSWs, LMHCs, and CASACs.
