ONLINE | The Current Moment: Perspectives from the Social Sciences and Humanities

The COVID-19 pandemic has upended life as we know it. How are social scientists responding?

In The Current Moment: Perspectives from the Social Sciences and Humanities, 12 professors from The New School for Social Research share their own in-depth analyses on how a variety of contemporary social, political, economic, cultural and ethical problems have been amplified by the pandemic.

The talk series runs from May 21 through June 29, 12:00-1:00 p.m. EDT, on Zoom. Each of the 11 sessions lasts one hour: 30 minutes for a presentation followed by 30 minutes for discussion.

This talk series is open to all.

Participants must register for each session individually to receive the Zoom link. To register, please scroll down and click on each session's title.
