Do international law and its institutions of justice have any relevance to ending the violence in Gaza, and in resolving the underlying political conflict that drives it?
Findings by the International Court of Justice and moves at the International Criminal Court have thus far failed to end the genocide or the apartheid occupation. What will it take to make international law apply in Palestine/Israel?
We explore these issues with two respected practitioners, UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese and former Israeli peace negotiator Daniel Levy.
