As a New School student, you have already been utilizing your MyNewSchool account. You have registered for courses as well as viewed your schedule and financial information on your account. However, as the main online platform for viewing your school information, performing a range of academic and non- academic related tasks as well as accessing various services across the university and online applications that you need to use as a student, MyNewSchool has much more to offer than you might be aware of.
Please join BPATS Student Advisor and doctoral student, Sima Omrani in an online presentation as she details how to make use of the full scope of the services offered on your MyNewSchool account. Being successful at the New School includes knowing how to effectively navigate this very important tool!
The session will cover:
- An in-depth overview of each of the four tabs (and their function): “Me”, “Academics”, “Services”, and “Community”
- An introduction to the online apps that are accessible through your MyNewSchool account and how to use them.
You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and address any issues you may have experienced using this platform.
