Sandy Jeong is an Enterprise Field CTO at Shopify, with a proven track record of leading complex digital and organizational transformations. She previously served as VP of Digital & Tech at Glossier and held product leadership roles at Amazon and Microsoft. Sandy is passionate about building innovative, customer-first digital experiences and helping organizations optimize & future-proof their tech investments.
In this session, Sandy will explore how Shopify is transforming fashion retail through AI-driven shopping, omnichannel enablement, and integrated technologies that support inventory management, supply chain visibility, and customer personalization. She will also discuss Shopify’s role in empowering fashion entrepreneurs—from launching emerging labels to scaling established brands—and the infrastructure, tools, and support available at every stage of growth.
