Latin America in a Multipolar World

The Observatory on Latin America, The Julien J. Studley Graduate Programs in International Affairs and Schools of Public Engagement, Universidad de los Andes, Colegio de Mexico, Universidad Torcuato Di Tela, invite you to the International conference, Latin America in a Multipolar World.

November 15: Lang Student Center, Room 202

                           63 Fifth Avenue

The growing convergence of COVID-19, the war in Ukraine, food and fuel shortages around the world, have all given rise to a perception that the world cannot be left to either US-Russia or US-China bi-polar relations. The recent announcement that the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) has been expanded to include Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates is a major step in this direction.
