Parsons Interior Design Programs are honored to host Tom Philipson for the final event of the annual SCE Public Programs Series!

Tom Philipson the visionary Founder and CEO of YourStudio, is an internationally celebrated leader in retail experience design and strategy, renowned for setting new standards of innovation at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human experience. Over the past 16 years, Tom has risen from a self-taught designer to a transformative force in global design, driving the success of industry giants like Nike, Google, Snap, and Netflix through his vision and leadership.

Under Tom’s guidance, YourStudio has expanded to five international hubs—in London, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Melbourne—and has earned numerous accolades for its innovative integration of behavioral science and emerging technology.

Deeply committed to education and industry equity, Tom is a special lecturer for the Creative MBA at Central St Martins. In 2021, he founded the charity, Vital Hardware, empowering hundreds of underrepresented aspiring creatives by providing them with essential technology and access to the creative industry.

Tom’s insights and expertise have made him a highly sought-after keynote speaker at leading design events and institutions worldwide. He has also served as a judge for D&AD, Design Week, Campaign, and The Drum. His ongoing work is dedicated to reimagining the future of human experience.
