As a Principal at BCG X and a Parsons MS-SDM alum, she has launched new ventures within Fortune 100 companies—leading cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and data science.
A recognized thought leader in applied innovation, Megan has coached executives on translating vision into commercially viable outcomes through agile, human-centered approaches. She has also developed and taught innovation curricula at both Parsons School of Design and BCG, shaping how organizations approach corporate strategy, experimentation, and new product creation.
