Michael Sheldrick:
Michael Sheldrick is a policy entrepreneur, author and Co-Founder at Global Citizen. Over the past decade, Michael has led Global Citizen’s campaigns to distribute over $40 billion to anti-poverty and climate resiliency efforts around the world. Michael has worked with an impressive roster of cultural icons such as Idris and Sabrina Elba, Beyoncé, Michelle Yeoh, as well as impact and policy leaders such as Jane Goodall, Kevin Rudd, Mia Mottley, and Ban Ki-Moon.
Michelle Gabriel:
Michelle is a PhD candidate in political economy and social policy at the Yunus Centre for Social Business and Health at Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland. She currently serves as the Program Director for M.S. in Sustainable Fashion at IENYC, where she brings her research and experience in policy, political engagement, social enterprise strategy, design, branding, product development, supply chain, and production for fashion and consumer product brands.
Dustin White:
Dustin White is an accomplished entrepreneur with a history of driving innovation across multiple industries. While studying for his MBA at Pepperdine University, Dustin launched a camera leasing and rental business that became one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. His success earned him multiple appearances on INC’s Fastest Growing Companies list, and his company was named both the fastest-growing company and the 5th best place to work in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal.
In his pursuit of sustainable fabric solutions, Dustin formed a partnership with a Swiss-based R&D company specializing in bio-based chemistry for textiles. This collaboration led to the creation of LAB Denim, a company that is set to revolutionize the denim industry through its patented indigo-free denim fabric that eliminates almost 100% of the water used in traditional
denim production, along with the chemicals and processes typically required to age denim. LAB Denim is working with top brands in the denim industry to change the way denim is created.
Kelly Cutrone:
Kelly Cutrone is the CEO and Founder of People’s Revolution.
She is a 2x New York Times and National Best Selling Author. Cutrone has appeared consecutively for a decade on The Hills, The City, Kell On Earth, The Kelly Cutrone Project, Dr. Phil and America’s Next Top Model.
Runa Ray:
Runa Ray is a Met Gala designer and Fashion Environmentalist who uses fashion to educate and advocate for policy change. Having worked extensively with sustainable development goals at the United Nations, her designs encompass nature based solutions. She is the founder of Kelptex which harvests invasive algae and creates non woven fabric, and Fashioning for Social Environmental Justice a non profit that connects humanity to its environment
