Join us for a reading with author Abigail Thomas as she sits down with Luis Jaramillo to discuss her recent work.
Abigail Thomas has four children, twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nine books and a high school education. Her first three books were fiction: Getting Over Tom; An Actual Life; Herb's Pajamas. Her next four were memoir: Safekeeping; A Three Dog Life; What Comes Next and How To Like It, and Still Life At Eighty. A Three Dog Life was named one of the best books of the year by The Los Angeles Times and The Washington Post, and received the 2006 Inspirational Book Award given by Books For A Better Life. Thomas also wrote a book about writing memoir, and three books for children. She lives with her dogs in Woodstock, New York.
