Jennifer Liang is an experienced Film & TV Acquisitions, Sales, Programming and Content Strategy Executive with expertise managing acquisitions teams and global program sales, as well as co-production and co-financing opportunities, contract negotiation, international strategy, and brand/franchise management. She has extensive experience sourcing and acquiring documentaries, international scripted drama, and feature films. Current projects include consulting for Kino Lorber, an independent film and digital distribution company, and advising JoySauce, a new TV platform, on acquisitions, programming and content strategy.
As VP of Acquisitions, Programming Strategy & Sales for Topic/FLM, Jennifer was a key member of the SVOD platform launch and management team from pre-launch in 2018 until its acquisition by Kino Lorber in 2023. Previous roles include global program sales and strategy at Paramount (Viacom), HBO & National Geographic, and consulting projects in content strategy and valuation, acquisitions and programming, and global distribution for clients including Kino Lorber, AMC Networks International, Viacom, NBC Universal, Sesame Workshop, and Whistle Sports, Inc. She is a member of the Advisory Board of JoySauce, and a BAFTA member. She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and speaks fluent French and proficient Spanish. Jennifer lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
Kenneth Anderson is an award-winning filmmaker, video producer, and co-founder of the Bowery Film Festival in NYC. He has created videos for musicians including Brian Setzer, Lucero, Milow, and Ryan Adams. Kenneth is also an alumnus of The New School in New York City, where he earned an M.A. in Film & Media Studies.
Gabrielle Leow is the Coordinator of Acquisitions, Production, and Development at NEON, where in the past year, she has supported the department in acquiring titles such as Anatomy of a Fall, Perfect Days, Presence, and The Seed of the Sacred Fig. Prior to landing in Acquisitions, she worked in Publicity and Theatrical Distribution at MUBI, where she assisted on the campaign and release of Park Chan-wook's Decision to Leave. Gabrielle has also spent time working at Sony Pictures Classics, and in the film non-profit sector with The Gotham Film & Media Institute. She is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
