Blair Boyajian is a seasoned leader at the intersection of fashion, technology, and commerce. She brings a rare 360-degree perspective on the industry, having worked across startups, marketplaces, retailers, and global brands. This breadth of experience allows her to connect brands, technology, and consumers in ways that redefine how fashion is discovered and experienced.

She is currently Head of Partnerships & Business Development at Daydream, the world’s first AI-powered, chat-based shopping agent for fashion, backed by Forerunner, Index Ventures, True Ventures, and Google Ventures.
Previously, Blair played a pivotal role at THE YES, an AI-driven shopping startup she helped scale, leading to its acquisition by Pinterest, where she continued to lead North America Shopping & Enterprise Content Partnerships. Blair started her career across both heritage and emerging fashion companies, including Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, and Bloomingdale’s, where she developed deep expertise in merchandising, sales, and strategic partnerships.
Blair’s career is defined by her ability to drive growth for global fashion houses, scale next-generation commerce platforms, and bridge creative industries with cutting-edge technology, forging partnerships that unlock new opportunities for brands and transform how consumers experience fashion.
