With 16 years of industry experience, 8 of which have been spent at Chandelier, Eileen leads agency operations with a focus on innovation and growth. As CEO, she leads relationships with all brands in addition to fostering development of the agency's multi-faceted team. Her strategic thought leadership supports brand partners and the Chandelier team to deliver best-in-class work with business-driven results. Eileen began her career developing integrated campaigns for CPG brands before shifting into the fashion, luxury, and mass retail world, including leading campaign development for Tumi, John Varvatos, Calvin Klein, Old Navy, and Adidas.
As Chief Creative Officer, Michael leads the creative team across all projects. With 14 years of industry experience, 10 of which have been spent at Chandelier, he has developed visceral, emotionally-driven brand worlds and campaigns for clients such as Hèrmes, Khaite, rhode, Noah, Nike, Calvin Klein, Helmut Lang, Flamingo Estate, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Ash Hotels, and more.
A film director by training, Michael has an ongoing collaboration with Grammy-nominated artist Maggie Rogers and his short films have had exclusive premieres on cultural video platforms such as NOWNESS and Document Journal.
