Dorothée Baumann-Pauly is an Adjunct Professor at the Geneva School of Economics and Management. She is the Director of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights, launched in 2019 by UNIGE. Since 2013, she is also the Research Director at the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights.
As a business ethics scholar with extensive practical experience working on the implementation of human rights in multi-stakeholder settings, Dorothée Baumann-Pauly has published widely on topics at the intersection of business ethics, corporate responsibility, private governance mechanisms and human rights.
