Maya is a Strategist focused on developing engaging, insight-driven brand experiences for clients like Nintendo, Google, and Anheuser-Busch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Beyond client projects, she has led the Sparks AI Committee to establish company guidelines for AI usage and contribute to office culture-building efforts through the Code-10 Committee.
Carol is a 2021 graduate of the BBA program and currently works as a Strategist on the Business Analytics and Insights team at global brand strategy firm Siegel+Gale. In her role, Carol helps brands better understand their key audiences in order to build more simple, meaningful interactions—bringing together data, cultural insight, and human connection.
Sabrina is a 2022 graduate of the BBA program and currently the Community Manager at Chief, the leading professional network for women executives. In her role, Sabrina designs and produces events and programming that deepen relationships across Chief’s New York membership and strengthen one of the most influential professional communities in the country.
Imani is a graduate of the BBA program and currently an Account Executive at Chloé, where she specializes in wholesale partnerships and brand growth across leading luxury department stores and specialty retail partners. In her role, Imani focuses on strengthening retail relationships, expanding brand presence in luxury spaces, and elevating the consumer experience through thoughtful strategy and execution.
Kaelee is the Marketing and HR Director at FreeAxez, a family-owned company redefining power distribution. She began her career in visual merchandising with brands like Chanel and Fresh before moving into leadership roles spanning strategy, operations, partnerships, and people. She integrates design thinking with business strategy to drive innovation and is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and scaling a purpose-driven organization.

Across her career, she has partnered with major B2B brands in healthcare, financial services, technology, and industrial sectors — including BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, Cigna, INOVA Health System, JPMorgan Wealth Management, Wells Fargo, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Breakthrough T1D.
Born and raised in New York as a first-generation Asian American and first-generation college graduate, Carol has always been deeply interested in understanding what makes people “tick.” We are so happy to have you back with us today, Carol.
