All Things Work Together for Good
Curated by Charlotte Small
In life we will face many challenges. We must prepare our hearts and minds for what is to come. Black people have tolerated many roadblocks. We are still overcoming. My ancestors have given us the arts, which is the power of love. I am constantly reminded of an African proverb: ”If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go together.” It has been said, “A successful team is a group of many hands but of one mind.” Let us continue to change the world one rhythm, one melody, and one harmony at a time. Be encouraged. “It takes a village.” - Charlotte Small
